Small family bathroom 2.62m x 1.45m with two windows. Height 2.5m. Current wall tiles go to 1.97m. Remove current wall tiles. Re-tile walls. Tile floor area. Lower ceiling to 2.3m and inset with LED downlights. Install the following: 1700mm bath, taps and 2 shower screens, vanity cupboard with basin and taps, toilet, toilet roll holder, all in same position as current items. Install extractor fan, electric shower and electric towel rail, bathroom not currently equipped with those items. Also, befor the floor tiles are laid we need a kitchen hood with extractor pipe fitting in the floor space
