Therefore, if there is no activity on your account or you do not update your profile so that it is of use to homeowners who want to know about your business, or you become uncontactable (invalid email address or telephone number), or your business goes into liquidation or is struck off / dissolved we will remove your account from the Top Tradespeople platform. Everyone who is a genuine business wanting to showcase themselves and who work in the home improvement industry can create a free profile, however lack of activity will mean that periodically we review those who are using the service and those who are not will be removed. There is much member tradespeople can do to improve their listings such as building up their reviews, adding photos of their work, adding their certifications and accomplishments and their working hours. Our question answering service is also available for those who want to illustrate their knowledge in particular areas.
If you do want to use the Top Tradespeople and be active then you are always welcome to apply to join the site again if you no longer have a profile.
Furthermore, we remove the accounts of profiles which do not pass validation of their telephone number or email address.
