No. We are not responsible for the workmanship of the trades member on Top Tradespeople. In the same way that any homeowner would have an entirely separate agreement with a tradesperson as they would if they found a company, trade or service via the newspaper, so too is the situation with Top Tradespeople. We simply provide a platform to connect homeowners looking for trades and services with trades and service providers looking for additional work.
In this way, we are unable to get involved in any disputes between trade members and homeowners, although of course, homeowners are more than welcome to provide feedback and reviews on the services they have received from companies, trades and services registered on the Top Tradespeople website.
Homeowners can leave a review by navigating to the tradesperson's profile page and clicking leave a review. They can also find trade members by using any of the many job posting forms on the site and choosing 'search for a tradesperson' and entering the name of the company or trades service into the form.
