Following a hot water tank leak a load of the stippled paper has come away from the plasterboard ceiling. The plasterboard seems ok but the ceiling needs redecorating. The damaged area is quote small but the I imagine the whole ceiling will do needing which is a large 'L' shape measuring approx 3ft across and 35ft in total length. The further complication is the stairs ceiling is about 15-20ft from the bottom step so will require extension tools.
