The room requires all services. The cabinets are to be delivered, ready-made in about two weeks. The cooker requires a gas supply and a 30 amp cable. A dishwasher and extractor hood are to be fitted along with all plumbing for the sink. Once the cabinets are in the under-cabinet lighting will have to be fitted. Two wall cabinets will have to be hung on a flimsy wall but there is access from behind to fit a structure to support them. There is to be a lamp operated from a switch at the door and another four sockets fitted. In the little room off, the present kitchen is to be removed and made safe, a light fitted and some tiles removed and the walls made good. A washing machine is to be fitted in this little room.
