Tradespeople Directory means displayed information regarding tradespeople users registered with Top Tradespeople within the Top Tradespeople tradespeople directory pages of this website.

Quotes Request Posting Rules

Customer users posting quotes requests on the Top Tradespeople website are required to provide contact details requested on our quotes request form including telephone number and genuine email address. Top Tradespeople reserve the right to remove quotes requests posted by customer users which do not provide full contact details.

The quotes request form on the Top Tradespeople website must not be used by tradespeople or other people to advertise their business. Any quotes request which has been posted which displays advertising details of tradespeople will be removed immediately and will not be displayed on the website. Top Tradespeople reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of member tradespeople who attempt to use the Quotes posting form to advertise their business.

In the event that Top Tradespeople are unable to allocate matching tradespeople to provide quotes we reserve the right to pass the quote request across to our wider network of quote request companies.

Top Tradespeople is an affiliate website of Service Magic and if Top Tradespeople cannot match quote requests with Top Tradespeople member tradesmen then quote requests will be passed to Service Magic\'s network of tradespeople in the interests of providing a quotes service to customers.

Duplicate quotes requests will be removed from the Top Tradespeople website.

Tradespeople Directory Content

The Top Tradespeople Directory is solely for the purpose of customers to view profile pages of tradespeople and is not an area of the website in which tradespeople may display their contact details. Tradespeople users are not permitted to display telephone numbers, email addresses, business addresses or website addresses. Top Tradespeople reserve the right to remove content added by tradespeople which include contact details and any other content which is deemed to have been added with the sole purpose of obtaining free advertising for the tradesperson users business. Top Tradespeople also reserves the right to remove any other content which it deems to be inappropriate. Top Tradespeople do not verify the accuracy of content posted regarding qualifications or skills of tradespeople and do not accept any liability for the accuracy of content posted by tradespeople users regarding their business.

Use of this service by customer users means acknowledgement that any contract for works entered into by customers with tradespeople is entirely independent of quotes requests posted by customer members using this website. Top Tradespeople accept no responsibility for the standard of workmanship or any other element of works entered into by tradespeople who details have been acquired by customers users via the Top Tradespeople website.

Top Tradespeople do not accept any responsibility for correspondence entered into between customer users and tradespeople users via the Top Tradespeople website.
Up to three tradespeople may choose to accept quoting opportunities in response to quotes requests posted by customer members using Top Tradespeople. Top Tradespeople cannot guarantee that any tradespeople will choose to accept a quoting opportunity and provide no guarantee that customers will receive quotes from tradespeople as a result of posting a quotes request on the Top Tradespeople website.

The Rights Of Top Tradespeople

Top Tradespeople reserves the right to withdraw membership of any customer user or tradespeople user of Top Tradespeople without notice or to suspend the account of tradespeople members without notice.

Limitation of Liabilities

Top Tradespeople do not guarantee the accuracy of content added by either customer users or tradespeople users on the Top Tradespeople website.

Top Tradespeople cannot guarantee that the service provided via the Top Tradespeople website will be continuous or error free. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis and Top Tradespeople accept no liability for loss of content or data as a result of interrupted service.

Privacy and Security Policy

We do not store or retain credit card details. Member tradespeople use secure paypal integration to make payments with a credit or debit card directly via paypal. In the event that we do take payments via our paypal virtual terminal with the members permission we then destroy and do not retain credit or debit card details.

Information provided by customer users and tradespeople users is stored on our secure servers.

Customer users wishing to post quote requests are required only to provide basic contact details which include email address and telephone number and postcode details, along with descriptions of the quote request in order to enable tradespeople users wishing to accept quote opportunities to get in touch with customers.

A maximum of three tradespeople users will receive the contact details of customer users in response to each quotes request posted and customer users have the option to provide their address details directly to tradespeople users wishing to provide quotes in response to customer users quote requests.

Top Tradespeople also has access to correspondence sent between customer users and tradespeople users via the Top Tradespeople website and customer users wishing to use this service agree to this information being provided to Top Tradespeople.

Tradespeople users are required to provide information relating to their business address, telephone number, email address and also information describing their business to enable us to provide customer users with basic information regarding tradespeople users wishing to accept quote opportunities. These details are stored on our secure servers.

Top Tradespeople also has access to correspondence sent between customer users and tradespeople users via the Top Tradespeople website and tradespeople users wishing to use this service agree to this information being provided to Top Tradespeople.

Payment Terms

The Top Tradespeople website is FREE for customer users. Tradespeople users wishing to buy job leads which they choose to quote on are charged a job lead fee for job leads which they choose to accept to quote for and receive customer contact details on using job lead credits which can be purchased via the Top Tradespeople website at a cost of 10 credits for £10.00.

Membership of Top Tradespeople is free and we do not have a joining fee but reserve the right to modify this in the future.
Tradespeople wishing to receive job lead SMS text alerts which provide basic information about quotes requests posted on the Top Tradespeople website are able to buy SMS text alert bundles via their Top Tradespeople tradespeople user account. SMS text job lead alert bundles are charged at £10.00 for 100 SMS text messages. This does not include any introductory promotional offer which may be valid separately from this payment policy.

Top Tradespeople reserves the right to suspend the account of any tradespeople users who are in breach of our payment terms. Top Tradespeople also reserves the right to pass details of tradespeople users to debt collection agencies to recover unpaid fees.

Payments are taken via the Paypal Payment Solution Provider either via member tradespeople paypal accounts or credit or debit card authorisation made by the tradesperson via their Top Tradespeople account. Tradespeople choose to top up their Top Tradespeople job lead credit account by using the Paypal payment solution website via their Top Tradespeople account.

In the event of a query regarding payment for job leads which are erroneous we will investigate the matter and should the claim prove to be valid we will credit the job lead credit back to tradespeople users top tradespeople account.

We do not provide refunds for any fees charged via the Top Tradespeople account but any payments which have been made for job leads or SMS text alerts which are queried and prove to be valid claims will be credited back to tradespeople users Top Tradespeople account and will remain on tradespeople users accounts until used with no expiration.

You can request paypal receipts and invoices via the Paypal payment solution system when topping up your Top Tradespeople account and these should be retained as proof of purchase.

Fees, payment terms and payment policies may be reviewed at any time and any changes will be notified to tradespeople users of Top Tradespeople in advance with changes posted on this website.

Termination of User Membership

Customer users and tradespeople users are able to terminate membership at any time by notification to Top Tradespeople by either post or email notification. Top Tradespeople reserves the right to terminate user membership without notice to customer users or tradespeople users.

General User Rules

Use of this service by customer users or tradespeople users means that users agree to abide by the following general rules in addition to the terms listed above.

• That they will not post malicious content or content which might be considered indecent.
• Post false or misleading content.

• Use the Top Tradespeople website to post spam.
