The 'My Messages' area of your Top Tradespeople account is where you can see messages from customers and also messages that you have sent to customers. You'll also be able to see messages from administrators (those who run the Top Tradespeople website), here too.
You can also use your personal jobs message board (in each job lead page), for each job to contact customers (once you've bought a job lead), by clicking on the job in 'My jobs' and clicking 'More info' on the job lead itself. Once you're in the job lead page, you'll see a message box which you can use to send a message to the customer.
Your customers can send you messages here too(once you accept a job lead).
The only people who will see your messages are your customers (they will only see messages that you send to them) and our back off administration staff who monitor the message boards to ensure that there is no abuse of our Top Tradespeople website.
The admin team at Top Tradespeople monitor the system however your messages are considered confidential - all messages however are monitored for breach of user agreement (e.g. malicious messages, etc).
If you breach our user agreement by posting malicious or other content which is in in breach of our user terms then your account may be suspended or cancelled
