Detailed job description : Remove light fitting safely. Remove old artex from ceiling (which contains asbestos as this has been tested), remove old water damaged plaster boards. Fit new plaster boarded ceiling. Skim ceiling smooth with plaster ready for painting and replace light fitting. Ceiling size is 2.5m X 3m
