Customers are only required to provide their postcode, their email address and contact telephone number so that tradespeople who do want to quote can get in touch to give you a quote for your job (a maximum of 5 tradespeople are able to accept each job lead so you won't be contacted by all and sundry) and only these 5 maximum tradespeople will be given your contact details.

Tradespeople are required to provide their trading address, their email address and their contact details plus details of the types of jobs that they can do.
