Painting/decorating job required for Edwardian flat close to the west pier - white paint job in 2 large rooms and a small hall way (we may need the ceiling in 1 room painted as well). We also need 4 doors and the skirts in a very small hallway repainted. Lounge - 15'6 x 14'4 in to bay (only 3 walls need painting). Bedroom is 11'8x 10'1. The ceiling is taller in the main room. Need an old bathroom ripped out and replaced. About 2 x 2.5m space. Need new bath and raindance power shower fitted (+hand shower) as well as shower screen, wash basin, WC and walls and floor tiled. Need it done to a high standard. Thanks.
I need a quote for ripping out an old bathroom (very small in size less than 2 x 2.5m) and fitting a new bathroom. Also currently there is an electric shower without much power, so creating a power shower too. The new bathroom will include fitting a bath, shower screen and full shower (raindance shower head), all the mixers etc, as well as a hand held shower, a new wash basin and possibly a new loo and finally tiling the walls and floor.
