Roughly 20 metres square of floor to be tiled ( less than this but i have included the kitchen units in my estimate) I have the tiles but the tradesman is to provide the grey grout etc for the job. The kitchen door may also need to be removed and a bit taken of the bottom.And a new strip will need to be added for the carpet to tile connection.
