I have constructed a small patio and have two sets of 12V lights which require connecting to the mains. I will also be installing two water features. One is low voltage and the other may or may not be (I'm buying it this weekend). The patio is adjacent to the garage which already has its own power supply from a dedicated MCB in the main consumer unit. This supplies a lighting and ring main circuit in the garage, so I'm hoping you will be able to get power from there. Ideally I'd like each item to be switched separately from outside and for the lights to be on a timer which can be positioned insided the garage. The transformers for the lights/low voltage pump could be plugged in inside the garage or housed outside in a waterproof housing if that is allowed within the regulations and depending on your advice.
