Drain flooded after heavy rain last night. Both manholes overflowed. Tradesman attended and unblocked then revealed that lining on pipe from manhole had been badly installed causing waste to snag and stopped at 5 metres. Pipe beyond 5 metres (under neighbours drive) has dropped slightly so is misaligned and a few roots have come through. This was all demonstrated to me through CCTV. Have been advised job is to dig up and replace 5 metres of pipe (on my property) and replace the lining of the full length of pipe (12 metres approx). Pipe to replace in under 2 metres of concrete driveway and 3 metres of grass. Please quote.
