Items to be retained but moved: Radiator, door to be rehung door to open opposite way. New items to be installed: Tanking around bath/shower area, built in bath, filler, controls and enclosure, built in shower controls and ceiling mounted rose, modify cabinet to accept sink, built in sink filler and controls, built in cistern and enclosure, floor standing bowl, recessed storage around bath/shower area with LED lighting, ceiling mounted spotlights and dimmer, stone tiled throughout except ceiling (painted), all associated electrical and plumbing work.
