A2Dominion Group Seeks Two Contractors for Responsive House Repairs
With housing associations in London and throughout southern and central England, managing 33,000 homes, the A2Dominion Housing Group is inviting tenders from contractors for housing repairs valued at approximately £400 million. The Group also has thousands of homes in development.

Joint Ventures for Responsive and Housing Repairs

Forming joint ventures with the two successful contractors, the work will cover property maintenance of the Group’s housing stock in London for one contractor and the other will be carrying out maintenance work on homes located in Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, so there will effectively be two geographical areas. Responsive repairs are also part of the work required.

10 Year Initial Contracts

The initial 10 year contracts have an estimated overall worth of between £100 and £200 million, with an optional 5 year renewal at the end of the term for periodic repairs.

£15 million Annually in Repairs

In excess of £15 million per year is expected to be spent on the repairs with an additional £5 million for materials in each region.

Bidding

Approximately 3 bidders will be invited to engage in competitive discussions with the Group before submitting their best proposition and ultimate offers.
