There aren't enough homes lit by LED lights; this is a shame. They're not only much, much better for the environment, but they could cut your energy bills down by about 25%. LED lights pump out the same levels of brightness as other lights, but at a much lower wattage, which means you're consuming less electricity to light your home to just the same standard. Basically, traditional incandescent lamps turn most of the energy they use up into heat, and only a small amount into light, whereas LEDs are far more efficient at turning energy into light, and waste very little heat in the process.
