TOP TRADESPEOPLE PAYMENT TERMS

This should be read in conjunction with our USER AGREEMENT and PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY.

 

If, after reading these terms in conjunction with our other agreements detailed above, you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to clarify any queries which you may have.

 

Use of this website as a tradesperson member or as a customer member constitutes acceptance of our payment terms, user agreement and privacy and security policy.

 

1. FEES WE CHARGE

 

The Top Tradespeople site is a FREE service for customers. Tradespeople wishing to receive job leads which they choose to quote on are charged job lead fee for leads which they choose to accept to quote for and receive customer contact details on.

 

MEMBERSHIP FEES: Membership of Top Tradespeople for tradespeople members is £10.00 per month. This does not include any promotional introductory membership period which may be charged at a lower rate.

 

JOB LEAD ACCEPTANCE FEES: Should tradespeople or other users authorised to accept job leads decide to accept a lead to quote on we will charge a job lead acceptance fee. We will charge for the job lead after you have decided to take on the lead to quote for and both the tradesperson and customer will be sent full job details and contact details. We charge £10.00 for each job lead which tradespeople decide to accept.

 

All charges on this website may be subject to VAT.

 

TEXT/SMS MESSAGE FEES: Text alerts are charge at 10 pence per text SMS alert. This does not include any introductory promotional offer which may be valid separately from this payment policy.

 

2. PAYMENT TERMS

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 

You are able to cancel your membership at any point by emailing us at support@toptradespeople.co.uk. Please be aware that should you choose to cancel your account all reviews from customers will be removed from your account and should you choose to join Top Tradespeople again you will not be able to reinstate those reviews.

 

Payments are taken via the Paypal Payment Solution Provider either via member tradespeople paypal accounts or credit or debit card authorisation made by the tradesperson via their Top Tradespeople account. Tradespeople choose to top up their Top Tradespeople job lead credit account by using the Paypal payment solution website via their Top Tradespeople account.

 

You can contact us by email at support@toptradespeople.co.uk or by telephoning our support centre Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0845 519 0028 (local call rates charged).

 

In the event of a query regarding payment for a job lead which is erroneous we will investigate the matter for you and should the job lead credit deduction prove erroneous we will credit the job lead credit back to your top tradespeople account.

 

We do not provide refunds for job lead credit balances added to your account through your use of the Paypal payment provider system. Credits will remain on your account until used with no expiration.

 

INVOICES

 

You can request paypal receipts and invoices via the Paypal payment solution system when topping up your Top Tradespeople account.

ANY FEES MAY BE REVIEWED FROM TIME TO TIME. ANY CHANGES TO FEES WILL BE INFORMED IN ADVANCE TO MEMBERS AND CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE WITH REGARDS TO REVISED AND FORTHCOMING CHANGES IN FEES, PAYMENT TERMS OR PAYMENT POLICIES.

 

Use of this service acknowledges your acceptance of the terms of our PAYMENT TERMS, USER AGREEMENT and PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY.
